You can apply for a credit cards today, and end up getting just what you want. What we all tend to forget is that what we spend on our Visa credit card can be more than we bargained for if we end up charging more than we can afford. In order to keep those low interest credit cards we have to be responsible and not take advantage of the credit cards in our wallets. Treat every credit card with respect and try to pay them off in full each month. The alternative in something like prepaid Visa gift cards that allow you to spend only as much as you have put onto the card. All Visa gift cards are readily available and even look just like any other card, but they do not run the risk of putting you in more credit card debt!
